Failed generation: credit restoration

A confirmed failed generation automatically returns the credit deducted for that task to your account, so you can try again. This restores your generation credit; it is not a cash refund. Pending tasks and tasks whose submission or status is still being checked are not yet confirmed failures. If a confirmed failed task's credit is missing, contact support with the task ID.

Successfully generated videos

Successfully generated videos are not refundable because of subjective dissatisfaction, style preferences, or a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise. AI output can vary, including a pet's anatomy. Review the service and upload requirements before buying a pack.

Payment or delivery problems: cash refund review

Contact support about duplicate charges, a confirmed payment whose credits were not delivered, or a completed video that cannot be accessed. We review these issues individually and may correct the order, restore credits, or approve a cash refund where appropriate or legally required. We do not promise refunds for all unused credit packs.

A full cash refund revokes the unused credits associated with that purchase. It does not grant new credits. Partial cash refunds require manual review. Returning a generation credit and refunding money are separate processes; one does not automatically trigger the other.

Request process

Use the support contact on our Contact page. Include your account email, order or invoice ID, purchase date, reason, and relevant task ID. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or verification codes. Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

Video packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription to cancel. Transactions on external platforms are subject to the external provider's terms. Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
