Privacy Notice | Baby Wow AI

Scope

This notice covers the Baby Wow AI website at babywowai.com. The site provides information and links about the BbY WOW / Dime Dime Baby trend and accepts photo submissions from signed-in users for video generation.

Visiting the site

Loading a website sends technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to the systems serving it.

Site statistics

The site’s BehaviorTracker creates a session identifier and stores it with an event queue in your browser’s sessionStorage. It collects page paths, referring sites, utm_source campaign information, device, browser and operating-system information, and visit and login events for site statistics. This tracking runs even when Google Analytics is not configured.

External videos and links

This site includes links to external services and may display their video players. Loading or interacting with an external player can send information to that service. External services may use cookies or other technologies under their own privacy notices. Their policies apply when you visit or use them.

Review TikTok’s privacy information and CapCut’s policies before using their services.

Photos and generated videos

Photo upload requires signing in. The service checks that an uploaded JPEG, PNG, or WebP image is valid and stores it in private object storage associated with the account. When a generation task is submitted, the photo is sent to the configured AI generation provider to produce the requested video. Generated videos are stored privately and made available through the signed-in account's video library.

The upload receipt used to authorize a generation request expires after 24 hours. This is not a deletion period for the stored photo. Access to generated files can expire according to the account's retention policy; an access expiration does not itself guarantee deletion of the stored file. This notice does not promise a fixed storage or deletion period for uploaded photos or generated videos.
